Brown, House Health Committee Holding Public Hearing on Lyme Disease and Tick- Borne Illness Information

WHAT: Rep. Rosemary Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) will be hosting Rep. Kathy Rapp (R-Crawford/Forest/Warren), chairwoman of the House Health Committee, and other committee members for a public hearing to discuss Lyme disease and tick-borne illnesses as well as obstacles, suggestions, current endeavors and future concerns to be considered.

WHO: Brown; Rapp; members of the House Health Committee; Dr. Jeffrey Jahre, St. Luke's University Health Network, internal medicine doctor; Harriet Loizeaux, MSN, FNP-BC, Tickborne Disease Wellness Center; Nicole Chinnici, laboratory director, East Stroudsburg University Innovation Center; Matthew Osteberg, Pike County commissioner; Donald Eggen, chief for the Forest Health Division, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; and Michele Cassetori, director of education and outreach, Pennsylvania Lyme Resource Network.
