Brown to Recognize ‘There Ought to be a Law’ Contest Student Winner
WHAT: Rep. Rosemary M. Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) will recognize the winner of her “There Ought to be a Law” Contest. This contest was open to fourth through sixth grade students in school districts represented by Brown and was designed to encourage an interest in state government. Each student was allowed to submit and explain one original idea for a new law in Pennsylvania. The winner will be invited for a tour of the state Capitol in Harrisburg.

WHO: Brown, and JT Lambert Intermediate School students, faculty and award recipient’s family members.

WHEN: Monday, May 21, at 8:30 a.m.

WHERE: JT Lambert Intermediate School, 2000 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg.
