HARRISBURG – Continuing to pave the way for further funding and research for Lyme Disease, Rep. Rosemary M. Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) announced that East Stroudsburg University’s (ESU) Tick Research Lab will receive another $500,000 from the 2019-20 state budget.
EAST STROUDSBURG – Working to help prospective students financially prepare for college, Rep. Rosemary Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) will be hosting monthly PHEAA informational meetings at her district office beginning this month. July’s meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 10.
HARRISBURG – In the midst of budget debates this week, Rep. Rosemary Brown’s (R-Monroe/Pike) budgetary and financial literacy efforts proved to be successful as her high school personal finance course legislation was unanimously passed by the House and her budget reform bill combating budget overruns was amended into the budget administrative code and sent to the governor’s desk for approval.
HARRISBURG – Today, Rep. Rosemary M. Brown (R-Monroe/Pike), along with other House members, voted on and approved the 2019-20 state budget bill with a vote of 140-62. House Bill 790 now heads to the Senate for concurrence.
